First Impressions Matter - Welcome emails set the tone for your relationship with new subscribers and let them know who you are.
- Email 1: A warm welcome and brand story. Share your journey and the philosophy behind your offerings.
- Email 2: Highlight what subscribers can gain - exclusive content, early access to courses, and insights into yoga philosophy and spirituality for example.
- Email 3: Did they engage with a freebie? (e.g., a guided meditation or a discount for their first course). Thank them for joining your community. Donât expect a reply but itâs lovely if you get one!Â

2. Using Email for Launching New Courses
- Anticipation Building: Start teasing your upcoming course a few weeks in advance. Share behind-the-scenes content or the story of creating the course.
- Launch Sequence: A series of emails that provides all the necessary information about the course, from curriculum highlights to testimonials, and a clear call-to-action (CTA).
- Urgency and Scarcity: Use the last few emails to remind your subscribers of any early bird pricing or limited spots available to create urgency.
- Regular but not overwhelming email communication helps keep your audience engaged and informed.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to understand what works best for your audience. Use this data to refine your strategy.
