Knots and Threads
So often our ideas feel like a tangled ball of wool — knotted, looping back on themselves, full of promise but hard to work with in their current form. This is one of the biggest reasons so many brilliant women stay stuck: because their ideas feel tangled, overwhelming, or impossible to organise into something clear and teachable.
In yogic philosophy we speak of 'granthis' which are energetic knots in the subtle body. Places where energy binds or tightens, where flow gets restricted, where clarity and prana can’t move freely. We also speak of threads (sutras), for example within the teachings of Patanjali. These threads are the pathways of understanding that guide us toward coherence and alignment.
In this program, we treat your ideas the same way we treat the subtle body in yogic practice: we gently unravel the knots, we work with patience and awareness, we tease apart the threads until they become clear, usable, and aligned.
We don’t throw the ball of wool away. We expand it. Once it is untangled, we can knit with it — we can create, build, shape, and give form to something beautiful and useful.
This is a yogic process we can apply to your body of work: the steady weaving of a path that others can walk.
Your ideas are already whole and worthy, they just need space and structure, so they can move from your mind into the world in a way that serves.
Why Do This With Me
I teach from direct experience. Over the past seven years, I’ve built a sustainable online business with integrity, and long-term value. This program isn’t about coming in polished, it’s about having a clear desire to create and being willing to show up and do the work. If you bring commitment and curiosity, I’ll provide the structure, process, and support to help you finish.
Will We Use AI?
Yes and no. The book will most certainly NOT be written by Chat GPT and neither will your program content. But we will use AI to help with some structure and form creation as well as some drafting. We also will NOT use Chat GPT for editing (it doesn't do a great job) or formatting, I have resources to get that done easily and at low cost.
What Extra Costs Are Involved?
There are a few small external costs involved in bringing your book and program to life. Please budget:
$300 AUD approx. for Kindle/print upload + publishing tools. If you want to order print copies of your book these will cost around $7 a copy depending on your specifications. Of course you can then sell each book for $15 - $25 (a much bigger profit margin than most publishing houses offer!).
$200 AUD approx. for basic editing/proofreading (optional but recommended).

If you already have one, we will work with it. If you need one, low-cost options include Shine Pages, or you may choose Ivorey or Kajabi depending on your business setup and future plans.
Most participants complete the process with under $500 AUD total in additional expenses, plus whichever platform they choose to host their program on.
A Book Only You Can Write
Your book won’t be for everyone — and that’s the point. A powerful book clarifies your niche and your voice, and this clarity is essential for success in your business and body of work. Even if you don’t know your niche yet, you will by the time we finish; that’s part of this process.
And remember: it is never too late to write your book. Louise Hay founded Hay House at 60 and published her final book at 90.
If your book and your program help even one person, it’s worth writing. Your story, your perspective and your lived experience will land exactly where they are meant to.

I didn’t create this program because I wanted another offer (I really didn’t need one). I created it because I kept seeing enormous untapped potential in my clients and students. So many brilliant women play small, or don’t prioritise turning their wisdom into clear, structured intellectual property and once you do, everything in your business shifts.
