https://calendly.com/bhaktirose/30-minute-meeting-bhakti-business

HOMEWORK:
→ Goal setting including goals you can control and those you can’t.
→ Map out your pyramid / funnel and customer pathway - making sure one offering naturally leads to the next in terms of topic and audience. Start thinking about your pricing.

NOTES:
→ We looked at your FREE offering (opt-in / lead magnet), your LOW COST offering and your SIGNATURE offering and I invited you to get super clear on how one leads to the next sequentially. We also looked at pricing connected to this.
→ The next step is to put words to each offering (like an elevator pitch) and have a name for each. What is the offering? How much is it? How is it delivered (in-person / online etc.)

→ Thought experiment: If I told you to double your income in a month in your business what would you do?

Live Session April 9
NOTES:
Today's session focuses on launch strategy. Useful materials for this are in the Bhakti Business Portal under 'krama'. Particularly the sequence for 'marketing a new offering month by month plan' will be useful to you. We also reflect on email marketing today including when to email, how often to email and what to write in your emails. We discuss the 'do and do nots' of using AI (it's very handy if you get it right).
Key Points:
-
A launch has a beginning, middle, and end.
-
It’s not just marketing—it's a ritual, a celebration, and a call to your people.
-
Helps your community understand, engage with, and say yes to your offer.
-
Launches create momentum, urgency, and clarity.
Common misconception: "I just want people to find me naturally." → That’s passive. Launching is about creating an intentional path for others to walk toward you.
Launch strategy: includes warm up (behind the scenes), cart-open (the offering is on sale or available for sign-ups), marketing and promotion, and seeing it through to the cart-close / cut off date. ALWAYS have a call to action (CTA).
→ The welcome sequence from Tarzan Kay can be found HERE.
→ I also like Rebecca Ives (The Content Queen) over on Instagram for content writing inspiration.
HOMEWORK:
→ Plan a launch, meaning the promotion of an offering in your business. This could be a free offering or a paid one.
→ Set up a 'welcome sequence' for new email subscribers to your list.
→ Put the dates for the upcoming 'membership' live sessions in your calendar (see below, more coming soon).
→ Book in your final one-to-one with Katie before the end of June.
→ Take a moment to list all that you've done in the last few months inside this container. Pause and congratulate yourself for taking action! Then plan your ongoing / next steps. We will review these reflections in our bonus session which will happen Wednesday April 23rd 11.30am.
Bonus Session April 23: Checking-In and Group Circle
NOTES:
Katie led a session to check in on the progress of the group, emphasising the importance of perseverance through the initial stages of building a business. The group discussed their challenges, strategies, and next steps, with a focus on business strategy and next steps. Katie also encouraged everyone to review their initial goals and set new ones, emphasising the importance of clear objectives in business growth.
What's next?

Business Metrics That Matter
Date & Time: 12.00pm - 1.00pm Monday 30th June
As yoga teachers and spiritual entrepreneurs, it’s easy to get caught up in vanity metrics or feel disheartened by things outside our control, like unsubscribes, slow list growth, or fluctuating sales. In this session, we’ll shift the focus to what you CAN control—like how many emails you send, how many proactive approaches you make, and the intentional actions that move the needle in your business. You’ll walk away with a clear plan on what to track and what to release,so you can stay motivated, in your power, and deeply aligned with your goals—without the emotional rollercoaster of chasing numbers that don’t actually matter.
Hot-Seat Coaching / Q+A
Date & Time: 10am - 11am Thursday 3rd July
A space for you to bring your biggest business questions, roadblocks, and ideas. Get personalised feedback, clarity, and real-time support to help you move forward with confidence.
Simple Bookkeeping + Accounting for Your Business
Date & Time: 1pm - 2pm Monday 4th August
If numbers and finances feel overwhelming, you’re not alone—but keeping track of your money doesn’t have to be complicated. I’ll take you behind the scenes of my own super straightforward, low-tech system (I’m a bit of a ‘back of an envelope’ person myself!) and show you exactly how I track what’s coming in, what’s going out, and where my profit and loss stands—without fancy software or overcomplicated spreadsheets. You’ll get access to simple, practical resources to help you stay on top of your bookkeeping with ease. This session builds perfectly on our business metrics session, giving you the practical tools to implement financial clarity in a way that actually works for you.
