I live opposite a park, and we sometimes find little bird’s nests that have fallen out of the trees, or pieces of nests that the birds have created. When I was growing up in the English countryside, I would walk through the woodland and find these nests too. They really are works of art.
When you look closely, you can see that they are made from many different things. Twigs, fibres, and often little pieces of thread or fabric that the bird has found and gathered from its surroundings, sometimes there is a bolt of colour from human clothing woven in.Â
This is how I see your work.
You have all of these threads already. The modalities you have trained in, the experiences you have lived, and the particular qualities that are yours. The way you think, the way you teach, the way you respond to people.
What we are going to do in this program is gather those beautiful golden threads and weave them together.
We are going to create a nest, a container, something that can hold everything that you do in a way that is clear and cohesive.
So that your clients and your students can see it and recognise it. So that they can feel that this is something they can enter into, something that will support them, hold them, and guide them.

Structure + Inclusions
This is a self-led process where you move step by step through gathering and organising the threads of your work into a clear and defined form.
 You will have access to a dedicated online portal of support materials and guidance for our process. Recordings of live sessions which demonstrate implementation are included. We will work with a range of approaches for gathering and organising your threads, recognising that not everyone works in the same way.
By the end of the four weeks, you will have created a written pathway, blueprint, or framework that represents your work in a clear and usable form.
This is something you can then develop further into a program, a body of teachings, a book, or use directly in your messaging and marketing.

I have spent the past two decades teaching, building, and refining bodies of work across yoga, Ayurveda, and business. I now run two multi six-figure businesses in these areas.Â
Much of that work has involved helping women take what they already know (their experience, their teachings, their ideas) and bring it into a clear, structured form.
This includes supporting women to develop:
- frameworks for books and written work
- defined yoga methods and teaching approaches
- retreats and workshop structures
- coherent offers that can be communicated and sustained
In my own work, I have built multiple successful businesses, developed long-standing programs, and published books. I know that knowledge alone is not enough. It must be organised.
I am also a mother of five, and I support my household independently. This has required me to become highly discerning about where my time, energy, and attention go. Structure is not optional in my life, it is what makes everything else possible.
