From Scattered to Structured

the golden thread behind your work

Women tell me again and again:

→ it's difficult to explain what I do

→ I am multi-passionate and I find it hard to pull together all the threads of my different offerings

→ I don't have a specific framework or methodology. I do a bit of this and a bit of that (all of it gold, but none of it cohesive)

I know you have created, learned, taught, and refined over time. There is depth in what you do and there are patterns, principles, and ways of working that already exist.

But they have never been brought together into a clear form. And you might not be able to clearly see or name them.

So everything feels slightly disjointed and all over the place. It makes it hard to talk about the transformations you offer.

You need structure and a framework.

This FREE session addresses that directly.

Supporting women in finding this clarity is one of my superpowers

Sometimes when we are looking at our own work we just can't see the wood for the trees. We need someone who understands what we're doing but isn't inside of it to recognise the patterns, pull together the threads and help us weave it all together. That's what we'll start together in this session. And for those that can come live you'll get the chance for one-to-one hot seat coaching. Bring your confusion and foggyness and watch me weave it into strands of gold that thread together in real time.

Imagine...

  • your work organised into a clear structure that you can explain simply and stand behind
  • your offers and ideas connecting into one coherent body of work, rather than sitting separately
  • knowing what is essential in your work, and what is not
  • a business that reflects the depth of your work, and can grow from a stable foundation

From Scattered to Structured

Register for the FREE zoom training Monday April 20th at 10am, and get ready to weave together the golden threads behind your work.

This free session will help you to:

  • identify the core threads of your work and begin organising them into a clear structure
  • see how your work translates into a coherent model you can communicate and build from
  • become more precise and articulate in how you describe what you do
  • understand how clearer structure leads to stronger, more aligned monetisation

By the end of our time together you will see your work more clearly and begin to organise it into a structure you can articulate, use, and build from.

About Katie Rose

I have spent the past two decades teaching, building, and refining bodies of work across yoga, Ayurveda, and business. I now run two multi six-figure businesses in these areas.

Much of that work has involved helping women take what they already know (their experience, their teachings, their ideas) and bring it into a clear, structured form.

This includes supporting women to develop:

  • frameworks for books and written work
  • defined yoga methods and teaching approaches
  • retreats and workshop structures
  • coherent offers that can be communicated and sustained

In my own work, I have built multiple successful businesses, developed long-standing programs, and published books. I know that knowledge alone is not enough. It must be organised.

I am also a mother of five, and I support my household independently. This has required me to become highly discerning about where my time, energy, and attention go. Structure is not optional in my life, it is what makes everything else possible.

So many times, I have seen that when a woman’s work is properly structured, everything becomes simpler. Her message becomes clearer and her business becomes more stable, and growth no longer relies on constant effort or reinvention.

This is the work I teach. How to recognise and organise what already exists (your golden threads) into a form that can be used, communicated, and built upon properly.
